Ingredients for 4:
- 1 kg of young potato;
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar;
- 1 tablespoon salt;
- 3 garlic cloves;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- black pepper to taste.
Washed potatoes, place in a deep pan. Pour it into 6 glasses of water glass of cider vinegar, salt, chopped garlic and put on fire.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer the potatoes for 20-25 minutes. Check the degree of readiness, you can use a toothpick or a match.
Remove the pan from the heat, drain and cool the potatoes.
Preheat oven to 230 ° C. Take a deep pan and grease it with vegetable oil.
In a deep bowl, combine the potatoes, salt, pepper and oil, mix thoroughly. If necessary, cut the potatoes in half or in quarters.
Evenly lay the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown about 15-20 minutes.
