Baked falafel with peanuts and garlic

This chickpea peanut falafel is not deep-fried, but oven-cooked. That is why it is not only tasty but also healthy snack.

Ingredients
- Chickpeas 2 cups
- Peanuts 170 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Parsley 1 handful
- Flour 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Paprika 1 tsp the spoon
- Ground cumin 1 tsp the spoon
- Ground dried tomatoes 1 tsp the spoon
- Baking powder 1 tsp the spoon
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons

Cook the chickpeas. Better that it is slightly boiled.
How to cook chickpeas correctly
½ teaspoon of baking soda will help to bring the beans to the desired condition - add it to the water after boiling.

Pass the boiled chickpeas through a meat grinder or whisk into a paste with a blender along with peanuts. Add the rest of the ingredients, after chopping the onion and garlic.

Mix everything thoroughly with your hands to distribute the baking powder evenly throughout the food. Add greens. Stir again.

Divide the resulting mass into 24 equal portions and roll each into a ball with oiled palms. Spoon the falafel balls onto oiled parchment paper.

Bake at 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
Serve just like that, with sour cream sauces, hummus and chutney, or wrap in pita with your favorite vegetables.
