Potatoes with cheese, sour cream and nuts

A hearty and tasty combination of potatoes with cheese, sour cream, nuts and herbs is what you need if the household is hungry and you are not in the mood for a long cooking.

Ingredients
- Small potatoes 8 pieces
- Olive oil 2 tbsp spoons
- Garlic powder ½ tsp spoons
- Salt to taste
- Suluguni 50 g
- Hard cheese 50 g
- Fresh herbs to taste
- Sour cream 2 tbsp. spoons
- Nuts to taste
Cooking method

Wash the potatoes well (you can not peel the young ones) and cut them into slices.
The thinner the plates, the less time it will take to cook.

Place vegetables in a microwave safe bowl, sprinkle with olive oil, garlic powder and salt.
Keep in mind that suluguni is salty too!
Microwave for 5-7 minutes at medium power.
Combine the grated hard cheese and suluguni softened with a fork. Add finely chopped herbs and sour cream. Mix thoroughly.
Spread the cheese mixture over the potatoes, sprinkle with walnuts or other nuts of your choice. Cook another 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
