Baked salmon fillet with garnish and yoghurt sauce

Salmon fillet in the oven is aromatic thanks to a mixture of caraway and chili, and an unusual sour sauce perfectly complements it and the side dish.

Ingredients
- Ground cumin 5 tsp spoons
- Ground chili 5 tsp spoons
- Olive oil 2 tbsp spoons
- Salmon fillet 4 pieces
- Salt 2 tsp spoons
- Rice 2 cups
- Brussels sprouts 300 g
- Natural yogurt ½ cup
- Lemon juice 2 tsp spoons
Cooking method
In a small bowl, combine the cumin and chili. Brush a baking dish with one tablespoon of olive oil.
Grate the salmon fillets with the remaining oil and place in a mold. Leave a distance between the pieces.
Let the fish sit for 5 minutes, then sprinkle the fillets with salt and half of the spice mixture.
Bake the fillets in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20-30 minutes.

Add yogurt and lemon juice to the remaining spices in a bowl and stir.
Arrange the rice in bowls, add the Brussels sprouts to the side, and put the fish on top.
