Classic French pancakes in orange syrup

French pancakes can be fried in advance, and served in hot syrup in the morning, delighting yourself and your loved ones. It will be delicious!

Ingredients
- Pancakes 8 pieces
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Butter 100 g
- Sugar 75 g
- Brandy 4 tbsp spoons

First, make thin pancakes using your favorite recipe. When they are cool, fold them into triangles. Grate the orange zest and squeeze the juice out of the pulp.

Place a saucepan over medium heat and melt the butter and sugar in it. Make sure that the oil does not start burning.

Shake the crockery occasionally to ensure the crystals caramelize evenly. After 3-4 minutes the mixture will take on a pleasant golden brown hue.

Pour in orange juice, add zest and keep on fire for another 3-4 minutes. Then pour in the brandy and step back to flambé the syrup.

When the tongues of flame disappear, put 3-4 pancakes in the syrup. When they are completely soaked in syrup, remove them to a plate and cook the next batch.
Together with pancakes, you can put orange slices in the syrup, previously peeled from white films.

The dish is always served warm. Garnish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a scoop of whipped cream.
