What to do if your computer will not turn on

The computer can not be included due to incorrect wiring or cabling, software malfunction, improper assembly, or damage to internal parts. Some only specialist decides these problems. But before you hand over your device for repair, try the suggestions in this article.
If your computer does not turn on after you have it dismantled, make sure that all parts are properly installed, connected and well fixed in their places. Only then proceed to this action.
1. If the computer does not respond to attempts to turn on or off at once
Make sure that your outlet works. Check the connections and cables integrity. If the connection to the power supply you are using an extension cord, and check the button. Disconnect from your computer extra device. Perhaps, on the back of the chassis has a secondary power switch - and check it.
If you have a laptop, put it on charge and wait at least 30 minutes, and then try to turn on the unit again. If during this time on the power adapter or laptop is not charging indicator lights up and the unit will not turn on, replace the charger properly.
Many motherboards have a removable battery, due to which a part will not be reset even after it is completely off the computer settings. If you are not afraid of losing the guarantee, disconnect the device from the mains and pick the body. Then gently try to get a battery and a few minutes later, set it in place. This will reset all settings, which may be enough to get the computer is on.
If the reinstallation does not help, maybe your battery is just the village. It can also interfere with the integration. If you have not changed the battery for several years, it makes sense to buy a new one, install it in place of the old, and scan your computer.
Be careful on some devices, the battery can be nonremovable. In this case, replace or reset it will not work.
2. After turning you will see only a black screen
Suppose that after running your computer running at it glow lamps, coolers noisy, but the screen does not respond.
If in this case you use a separate monitor and it does not light, check the cable and the monitor is connected correctly. If possible, replace the cable. Does not help - take them to the maintenance center.
If the monitor display is working, or you have a laptop, its screen remains black, it is likely that something is wrong with the computer's hardware. In this case it is better to consult a specialist.
When turned on, the computer beeps, disconnect all devices except the monitor, and then try to turn.
In some instances, also helps to reinstall or replace the battery on the motherboard (see. previous paragraph).
3. If the computer is turned on but does not boot Windows
If Windows does not even begin to be loaded or loaded for too long, use this instruction.
4. If the computer is turned on but does not boot macOS
Try to start up your Mac in Safe Mode. To this end, immediately after switch on, press and hold the Shift key a few seconds. If you have a MacBook, a pre-connect it to the mains.
If the computer starts in this mode, the system can automatically fix problems hindering the launch. Restart the device, without pressing any buttons, and check to see if now runs MacOS. If that fails, try restore the operating system.
5. If all else fails
If these tips do not help, you can seek help from a service center, or try to return the computer to the store under warranty.
