Buns with meat, mushrooms and spices

If you do not like sweets, but love baked goods, this recipe is your salvation. Appetizing and hearty buns with meat will leave few people indifferent.

Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Sunflower oil 2 tbsp spoons
- Champignons 150 g
- Ground beef 500 g
- Dried Provencal herbs 1 tsp the spoon
- Dried tarragon 1 tsp the spoon
- Dried garlic 1 tsp the spoon
- Salt to taste
- Green onions to taste
- Pizza dough 500 g
- Hard cheese 200 g
- Flour 10 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp spoons
- Cream cheese 80 g
- Milk 2-3 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method
Saute finely chopped onions in sunflower oil. Once the onions are clear, add the chopped mushrooms and cook until the excess moisture has completely evaporated.
Add minced meat, dried herbs, garlic and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes.

Toss in the chopped green onions and let the filling cool.

Roll out the finished pizza dough into a rectangle about 35 x 20 centimeters in size. Distribute half of the grated cheese, backing off a couple of centimeters from each end. Put the meat filling on top and sprinkle everything with cheese again.

Roll the dough into a roll, cut off the excess from both ends. Divide the roll into eight equal pieces.

Place each bun in a greased and floured baking dish, cut side up. Lubricate the surface with olive oil.

Send the buns to an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Leave the finished products to cool. For the sauce, beat the cream cheese with 2-3 tablespoons of milk.

Pour the sauce over the buns, garnish with herbs and serve.
