Training on the playground

Summer is in full swing and on the street is beautiful weather. A good excuse to spend more time outside, enjoying the sun and full of life-giving oxygen. This is doubly useful if your main work takes place in the office. Sin in this kind of weather to sit all day in the room, and then another, and to train in the gym closed. Therefore, we recommend you during the warmer months to move their classes to the street. Especially because there certainly has everything you need for training. For example, a common playground with benches, swings and a ladder.
A few remarks before we start:
- In order not to disturb anyone, it is best to deal with at a time when the site is not its main owners - the children. This is usually early in the morning or in the evening already. This is great for morning exercises and training after work.
- Before the start of classes spend a little warm-up, which will help prevent sprains and injuries. Usually it is a few warm-up exercises, running and jumping.

This complex should be repeated three times. Rest between exercises not only rest between sets 60-90 seconds. Full time employment is around 30-40 minutes. However, if you run it as a morning exercise, it can be enough and one passage that will take you no more than 10-15 minutes to warm up.
