Quesadilla with cheese, ham and fried eggs

This quirky cheese quesadilla is perfect for a hearty breakfast or dinner. Ingredients for its preparation can be found in any kitchen.

Ingredients
- Eggs 5 pieces
- Salt 1 pinch
- Milk 5 tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
- Tortilla 4 pieces
- Grain mustard 4 tsp spoons
- Grated cheese 1 glass
- Ham 8 slices
- Any greens to serve
Cooking method

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and milk.
Pour the mixture into a preheated skillet with half the vegetable oil.

Wait for the edges of the scrambled eggs to grab and begin stirring gently. You should get a mass of approximately the following consistency:
Brush the base of the tortilla with grain mustard, and place eggs, cheese and ham slices on top.

Gently fold the edges of the flatbread towards the center, overlapping them.
Place each flatbread, seam side down, in an oiled and heated skillet.
As soon as the quesadilla is browned on one side, turn over and wait for a golden crust on the other.

Serve the finished dish with chopped herbs.
