Workout of the Day: Cool interval that can be done in 5 minutes
Sport And Fitness / / December 30, 2020
The beauty of interval training is that you can choose how long to train. If there is no time or special desire, make only one circle. When the body warms up, you will probably want to continue, but even if not, it doesn't matter.
Give it your all in five minutes, and your heart will have time to work hard, your muscles will tone up, and your mood and energy level will increase.

The workout consists of five exercises:
- Squats with a swing and jump.
- Side leg extension from the "bearish" planks.
- Double pulsation in lunge with change of legs.
- Push-ups and walking bar.
- Running with a high hip lift.
Do each step for 40 seconds, and rest the rest of the minute. If you are going to do more than one lap, stop for 90 seconds and start over.
The creator of this workout, fitness trainer Semir Jasarevic, recommends doing five to six laps. If you have free time and motivation, be sure to try a full workout. This will maximize your endurance and muscle benefits.
