Vaccination against coronavirus in Russia will begin in October

The Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko said that clinical trials of a vaccine against coronavirus infection, developed by the National Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology. After receiving the registration certificate, first of all, the vaccination of special groups will begin - these are doctors and teachers. It is planned that for all citizens of the country the vaccine will be free, it will be covered entirely from the budget.

The minister also added that another vaccine developed by the State Research Center for Virology and Biotechnology "Vector" is now at the stage of clinical trials. Another two other vaccines against coronavirus in the next 1.5-2 months will apply for permission to conduct clinical trials on volunteers.
