Landing of a huge aircraft Airbus A380 in a storm
News / / January 02, 2021
From the side it looks very dangerous, but imagine how the passengers felt.
Great Britain was at the mercy of the strongest storm "Dennis". Many cities and villages are flooded, the work of public utilities is paralyzed, and part of the roads and railways are closed. Metropolitan Heathrow Airport has canceled hundreds of flights, but some planes still land in London. A video of one of these landings in all colors demonstrates the power of the elements.
The video shows an Etihad Airways Airbus A380 hit by a strong crosswind. Twitter Users appreciated incredible skill of the pilots.
Wow, what a pilot... how can a pilot earn £ 100k - £ 150k a YEAR... and some diva of a footballer earn £ 200k a WEEK. Somethings wrong somewhere. It’s a disgrace and the wages should be switched around. #StormDennis

Wow what a pilot! How can they earn only £ 100,000 - £ 150,000 a year, and some footballer £ 200,000 a week? Something is wrong here. It's a shame, the salary should be changed.

Impressive. I would need clean underwear just being a passenger on that landing.

Impressive. I would need clean linen if I were a passenger on this plane.
Now that’s what I call a skilled pilot.👍

That's what an experienced pilot is called.
Most impressive! Imagine what the passengers on the right hand side of the A380 looking straight down the runway were thinking ...

Very impressive! Imagine what passengers on the right side of the A380 think, seeing the runway in front of them.
