They will help those who want to stop drinking, exercise more often, read more, and so on.
A new mini-application “Checklists” has appeared on the VKontakte social network. With its help, any user can pin good habits or get rid of harmful ones. To do this, you just need to create a goal and mark your progress on the calendar.
When creating a new checklist, you just need to specify a name, enter a description, select an icon and set the duration of tracking your progress. You can also use the catalog of ready-made solutions, which already has checklists for those who want to start drinking less, read more, monitor their diet, do yoga, and so on.
For each checklist, you can set up reminders that will come in private messages. You can also post stories or records of your progress directly from the gadget. "Checklists" work both in the VK mobile application and in the desktop version of the social network.
