ULCAMP 2013 - IT-hot summer

From 19 to 21 July 2013 on the banks of the Volga River, the third international IT-conference will be held in the picturesque village of Krasny Yar Ulyanovsk,.

ULCAMP - a unique platform on which there are programmers, designers, webmasters and other IT-specialists.
