On the Rospotrebnadzor website appeared recommendations for proper nutrition in self-isolation or quarantine mode at home. They were developed by the Federal Research Center for Nutrition, Biotechnology and Food Safety.
The recommendations are pretty simple:
It is quite difficult to maintain a proper diet in isolation, because there is not so much entertainment within the four walls. And when we want to please ourselves with at least something, we order or prepare our favorite food, albeit not always healthy.
