1. House of the Sun

"House of the Sun" is a story about the contact of completely different worlds, which is able to knock out a tear even from hardened cynics. And yes, a fit of nostalgia is guaranteed: if you have not found the era of stagnation, then at least you will surely feel sad about your own youth.

There is nothing between them for a long time, all that remains is to divorce quietly so that new relatives do not learn about the dark past of the future son-in-law.

The end result is a funky comedy with memorable dialogues, and in the characters you will probably recognize someone you know. If you don't expect anything good from the phrase "Russian comedy", "Take a walk, Vasya!" will be a pleasant discovery.

According to the title and the plot of the plot, it may seem that one and a half hours of selected chernukha await you, but not everything is so simple. The melancholic and catchy film does not try to manipulate the viewer and stuff him with high-brow morality. It will be sad, but honest.

Don't expect halftones and soft tones from the film. "Dislike" seems to pull the audience out of their sleep, staying in their memory for a long time and forcing them to rethink their relationships with loved ones over and over again. In the end, the tape did not just conquerZvyagintsev with the film "Dislike" won the jury prize of the Cannes Film Festival Jury Prize at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival.

The film can hardly be called a documentary detailed narration of the Soviet musical underground. It is rather a story about youth, hopes and life with all its joy and sadness. Even if you don't know a single line from "Eighth Grader", it is definitely worth watching "Summer".
