An interview with the managing partner of the alliance RTA - Paul Gitelmanom. He is an experienced Internet advertisers. What do you do in your work?

I believe my main concern at the agency - to inspire. Team, customers and partners. To inspire the creation of amazing advertising campaigns. The main asset RTA - a team that invests all their knowledge and energy to the work. For this I'm really grateful to everyone who has ever worked or works on my team.

For me the biggest buzz in the work - to see every day a team that lit Customer Program, people who They want to bring their value to the company who want to intensively develop and achieve the goals in front of you pose.

How does your workplace?

My team and I - a single unit. That is why we sit together in an open office room. Everyone has the opportunity to work together to address any performance issues with me online.

What software and what programs you use in your work?

Laptop, tablet, phone - all Apple. For daily work I use of Google Chrome, for the system of correspondence Skype and corporate e-mail Gmail. My Google Calendar is open to the whole world. All employees, internal and external partners at any time can go into it, choose the free time and to invite me to a meeting. Also, for the work I actively use the most simple text editor that records, key points of negotiations and meetings. At each meeting, in parallel with the conversation, I will outline the key building blocks that we blurts. This allows me to memorize the entire amount of information that passes by me. When there is a need to structure something I use software MindManager. The program helps me to manage a large volume of data.

To create beautiful presentations I only use Keynote. It is the perfect tool to create clear and consistent presentation. Working in Keynote you go from point A to point B, knowing the structure of the relationship of one slide to another. In essence you are creating a movie story. In PowerPoint, I have not seen a presentation that would have surprised me very much.

All work files I store directly on your computer. At the same time, I share all documents in logical folders: finance, agency products, team projects, and so on.

Is there a place in your paper work?

Yes, paper is constantly scattered across my desk. Very often in dialogue with the people, I visualize on paper what I tell vvide schemes, images, elements. This allows me a more systematic and structured to convey those thoughts of which I speak.
