Using Tasks in Gmail to simplify planning

Adding Tasks in Gmail, which we have already written, ended for me the process of building online PIM: using Labs and I got a calendar, and letters, and tasks in a single application. This, of course, it is difficult to name a replacement for Outlook, but will this solution has at least one distinct advantage - it is accessible from anywhere, regardless of operating system or browser.
Tasks - a great alternative to a slightly artificial use Gmail tags to build to-do. But to use the problem as a simple to-do I'm not interested, so I decided to pour them into the main stream of work with tasks, built around the concept of DIT. The main advantage of this method of task management - to guarantee their performance and ease of implementation. You will need to create two lists of all tasks, such as: @ left or right @ @ amb @ @ two or hay, straw @... or whatever you like. Examples are chosen that way to emphasize that the list you will perform one after the other, and they are absolutely equal, although you will have to start with @ amb.
So, you have two lists, one of which - the one you will carry out to the bitter end, and the second - the one where you will be placing new challenges in analyzing Inbox (s). While you are doing tasks from the current list, new tasks come in the second and - disappear from view without distracting from work. After completing the list, you need to switch, after stroking themselves and fill a different list.
When parsing Inbox immediately separate the information that will require action, and create a task using the Shift + T. If your goals do not need tags, simply archive the letter - a reference to it already hitched to the problem. If you can break the task into steps - add them using the Tab, you get the performance of the hierarchy, but do not overdo it: the power of the approach - in simplicity. I would advise to limit 2 levels.
In light of this simplicity, you should remember only one rule: Perform one list, and write down - in the other. Steps to goal: amb-two!
Wish you luck.
