Abbreviation in the subject as a way to speed up communication

Surely you do not just inserted into the IM window short and simple letter combinations like LOL, RTFM, CU and others. Briefly understandable. At the same time in the letters there and their abbreviations ASAP, FYI and others, and you know how to use them. In addition, almost every email client puts the topic RE: or FW: when replying or forwarding messages. But somehow it all does not help when the box is hammered a long list of those who rarely say that this letter should be done.
I'll try to explain the approach I use when working in large and very large companies with very active correspondence.
I almost dismissed FW and RE, Replacing them with a significant reduction in both:
FYI - for your information (all at once understand what action is required).
ATN - attention (it is clear that the letter requires special attention and action).
RESEND - (second Chinese warning. I am not satisfied).
TY - thank you (everything is clear, too, and does not require a response).
Such attachments should not be
too many and they must be easy to read. Using them, I help my colleagues to quickly process the letter, coming from me. Their letters, I also often start with these prefixes.I also demonstrated the utility of the notion of foreign colleagues to use at the end of the theme EOM (End of message), indicating that the body of the message does not contain important information. I'll try to use it more often.
Let us help others pointing meaningful themes and adding a set-top box markers for rapid processing.
