Who among us does not want to catch your favorite program or game for the iPhone free? Or at least pay her less money? Today I'll tell you about an app that helps decently save almost not applying to this effort.
BargainBin goal is to actively monitor the price drop on the contents of the App Store and to inform the user about it. When some developer reduces the cost of the program or even making it free, it gets in the application directory, which are grouped by category in a neat list. Clicking on any line on this list will display an additional menu with which you can monitor the the selected application, read a description, see screenshots and go to the program page in the App Store.
As you may have noticed, in the program of different colors are used to display the cost of:
- Conventional applications that significantly lost in the price, marked by a white square.
- On a yellow background is displayed price of the program, which can be purchased with a 50% (or even more) discount.
- And if the developer resisted the mercantile interests and made a free app, then this will signal a red die with the word Free.
To inform the user in the program provides two ways. Firstly, there is a "wish list" to which you can add any application from American Catalog App Store, and from time to time to go to check - if a miracle happened? And secondly, BargainBin supports Push-notifications, which work like a clock. For example, I thus got free 1Password Pro for iPhone, which last fall distributed as a gift on Thanksgiving Day.
At the moment, the app is not adapted to work with iOS 4, the poet displays a list of correctly. The developers are aware of this bug and will soon release an updated version. In the meantime, they made the application free of charge.
