Google-table will count for you, how much to pay for enumerators

Previously, my wife and I were in the account of indications of counters notebook. Everything had to count manually. It takes time, at least a little. Plus there is the human factor - can make a mistake in the calculations.

To avoid this, we have made a table that considers itself the cost of utilities. In it you need to enter the current rates and readings of counters. Everything else she thinks of you. Keep it yourself and use on health.

How to use the table

1. To start using the table, go to link and select "File" menu select "Create a copy".
2. Register their rates of hot and cold water, drainage, electricity and gas. Tariffs can be prescribed once and stretch all the months. If rates rise in the price, just write the new value and again pull that column.
3. Each month, make indications of counters in the columns of "fact." Example: to counter hot water can see the 200 - makes it in the table. By the same principle, and everything else.

4. There is no drainage column "Fact", because this figure is considered automatically. Wastewater - is spent liters of hot and cold water in total. The table itself adds and multiplies the data on the tariff.
5. Once you have entered the tariffs and readings, a table to calculate how much you need to pay for enumerators in this month. You will see the amount of each service and the total amount as a whole.
