How to cook steamed buns

Analogues of such rolls are often found in Chinese cuisine. Based on this recipe and unusual way of molding products, you can change the stuffing, preparing buns with pork, shrimp, fish or mushrooms.
Ingredients
- 300 g flour;
- 3 grams of salt;
- 160 ml of water;
- ½ cup chopped green onions;
- 1 ½ tsp dry yeast.
Connect the flour with salt and vsypte to the dry mixture yeast.
After repeated mixing warm water and pour start vymeshivat dough.
At first the dough will lipkovatym, but after a couple minutes of kneading becomes elastic. Sformuyte it into a ball and place in a greased container. Leave the dough in the heat for at least an hour or up to increase the volume by half.
Roll out dough to a rectangle coming up (thickness 3-4 mm). Sprinkle the surface with chopped green onions and roll the dough into a loaf.
Divide the roll on an even number of servings and put them in pairs. Place the rolls on its side and press down in the center of the wooden stick. Connect the edges together, as shown in the photo.
Let the buns rise again (about 20 minutes) and then place in a parchment-covered steamer or colander, cover and leave to cook for a couple of 15 minutes. The fire at the same time must be strong.
When placed in a double boiler, note that rolls greatly increase in size and should not be piling up.
After 15 minutes, remove the pan from heat and let biscuits stand over the steam for another 5 minutes.
Serve the rolls immediately in the company favorite sauces.
