How to perform a deep clean using Windows Dism ++ utilities

Dism ++ - free utility for Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10, which is used for the operating system cleaning garbage management startup, backup, recovery, bootloader, and fine-tuning the system parameters.

Besides deep cleaning Windows, Dism ++ can be useful to remove unnecessary startup programs, drivers, control, configure hidden system settings and perform other tasks. It is not believed that such a multi-functional program only weighs a few megabytes and requires no installation.
