How to remotely lock your computer with Windows 10

Suppose your device on a Windows 10 was stolen. Or, when the more optimistic version, you just leave the computer in the office and do not want someone digging around in it in your absence. Fortunately, you can lock the laptop and not having access to it.
Pre-need to make sure that your computer is turned on "Search Device". Make it in advance - before him something happens.

After the computer connects to a Microsoft account, click "Settings» → «updates and security» → «Search Device» → «Change» and make sure that the search function is enabled.
Now, when you need to lock the laptop remotely, simply open your account on the Microsoft Web site to another device. Select the desired computer list, and click "View details."
On the next page, click on the tab "Search Device".
Click the lock button at the top right.
Click "Next" button.
In the box you can enter a short message to be displayed on the lock screen. For example, contacts to return the device. Click "Block."
After that Windows 10 disable all active users and will go into lock mode. When the unit will once again be in your hands, you will need to just unlock it using your password as usual.
