commerce industry has convinced us that buying new things - a reasonable first step toward our goal. But we actually do not pay money for a product, and for the best version of themselves. Only the pleasure of this passes quickly, and by the end, we did not approach.
Remember how often we buy a new gadget or a book that should help us to become better. We think that we have done something important and closer to your goal, but in fact we just spent money and time.
We are doing the wrong first step, if:
- buy a new sportswear instead start exercising;
