Your life is packed with work, meetings, holidays, household chores. But you can opt out of some of them and only become happier.

You're probably familiar with the feeling when you are so busy that the time flies by. We spend it on nonsense. Volley watch series, go on pointless meetings, for hours to choose clothes in the store, to impress people we do not even like.
We even use his time as an excuse. Forgot your anniversary or other important date? "But you know how busy I am." Do not call the parents for months? "Mom, I was just too busy." We never left the gym? "I'm too busy to exercise!"
Several years ago, I too used these excuses. But then I realized that he had lost control of their lives. How can you be too busy to not call a loved one? This is nonsense.
Every time you say that you are too busy, you acknowledge that do not know how to prioritize.
Many people believe that to be successful and to be engaged - they are one and the same. But consider this: how many of your friends who do not have a single free minute, really accomplished a lot?
If you are always busy, then you do not live, but simply exist. Your calendar does not have to be packed in different locations. Leave it only really necessary. Spend the rest of the time to relax, calm down, think about your life.
Absolutely not normally have any plans for some days. When people ask me what I did over the weekend, I often say, "Nothing." Or: "I wrote the article, went into the hall, had dinner with the family." Sometimes people are asking this question, waiting for some unusual responses, but it does not bother me. I do not feel worse by the fact that spent the weekend quietly, not hunting lions or jumping with a parachute.
I also often say "no." Would you like to work for this company? You want a drink coffee? Do you want to write the text for us? No I do not want to. I do not want to be engaged. When you're busy, time flies quickly, and I want, that it was moving slowly. So I say "yes" to only those things that I really catchy.
This feeling is probably familiar to you, too. Time slows down, the days stretch and seem endless. All that it needs to do - stop, clear the calendar, not to forget the important things and live consciously.
