Ingredients
3 liters of wine:

- 600 g of sugar.
20 liters of wine:
- 10kg of grapes;
- 15 l of water;
- 4 kg of sugar.

If you are sure that the grapes are clean, do not wash it, so for the berries remain wine yeast. If unsure, better to rinse or wipe with a wet towel.
Grape mash hands in an enamel pot to highlight the juice. Then enjoy a syrup. In a saucepan pour the water, pour the sugar and put on fire. To the boil do not lead, just wait until the sugar is dissolved.
Transfer the berry mixture into a glass bottle, pour syrup, cover with a lid and store it in a warm place for 21 days. If the room temperature is above 20 ° C, enough for two weeks.
Every day, morning and evening, stir the mixture with a wooden spoon. If you do not get in the way, marc (remains of berries) zakisnet and spoil the future of wine.
After 21 days, strain the wine and let it sit for a week in a cool place. It is necessary to settle the yeast.
A week later, you will see at the bottom of a whitish sediment. Using a hose or a funnel, pour the wine into bottles or jars, without touching the precipitate.
Then place the wine in a dark cool place for 6-12 months. The longer the wine will stay, the richer it will taste.
