12 Minute Workout for iPhone - when you do not want to go to the gym

It has long been my workouts are divided into 2 parts: a gym and a stadium. At last, I go when I'm too lazy to get to the room, or at the wrong time when the subscription ends. Recently, in my sports diet added another element: training at home, which I'm doing with the help of 12 Minute Workout app.
This appendix contains dozens of different exercises that do not put in worse jogging or the gym.
In the application, there are three types of training: 12-minute, 16-minute and competitions. The latter is very interesting. You are given a certain set of exercises and you specify how much time you have executed it to the future to improve your score.
The rest of the training is made as follows: 30 seconds exercise, 10 seconds rest, however, these time periods can be configured.
In the application, you can see how to perform certain exercises. All the exercises are divided into categories, depending on the required equipment. If you are in the house and you do not have any exercise equipment, you can choose to exercise their own weight.
The app itself is exercise and if you somehow do not like, it is sufficient to shake the gadget and exercise changes to a new one. During the class, the smart phone will beep at the beginning of the exercise and rest.
12 Minute Workout - this is an excellent opportunity to study at home when you do not want to go to the gym or for a jog. The only negative is not even in the application, and that is very difficult to overcome yourself and start practicing at home. But, if you start, you can hardly stop.
