The Telegram for Desktop adds support for themes

Developers have announced the release of a new version of the client Telegram for desktops (Windows, Linux, Mac). In the program there is support for themes and improved synchronization algorithm with mobile versions.

The most significant innovation in the latest version of Telegram - this, of course, support for themes. With their help, you can completely change the interface of the program, including the background color of elements, the type of buttons, and more.

To publish the created special group @TelegramThemes. Here you can easily find by searching all available at this time themes. Themselves are the theme files with the extension .tdesktop-theme.

When you find messages among these files, simply click on it and a pop-up window with the proposal to set a theme. If you do not like, it is possible to abandon the changes and to return everything as it was.

In addition, developers have reported the appearance in the Telegram improved synchronization with mobile clients. Now all your data (messages, documents, photos, videos) will be synchronized via an encrypted cloud storage. Moreover, you can even start writing a message in the desktop version of Telegram and then continue it on a mobile device.
