What to cook with strawberries

Mouth-watering desserts, soft drinks, salad and soup, even with the queen of the season - strawberries. All dishes are elementary, and disappear from the table immediately.
1. Green salad with strawberries
Ingredients
For the salad:

Ingredients

4. Useful milkshake
Ingredients
- 450 g strawberries;

7. Quick strawberry cheesecake
Ingredients
- 55 grams of soft cheese brie;
- 360 g of cream cheese;
- 2-3 tablespoons sugar;
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice;
- 240 g of sliced strawberries;
- ½ cup conventional glazed or almond;
- honey - optional.
preparation
Remove the crust with brie cheese and whip it together with the cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until uniform. Set aside.
Strawberries are divided into two equal parts and spread one part by the glass or ice-cream bowls. Cover with half of its cheese mixture and sprinkle with half almonds. Repeat layers once more, if you want to decorate the dessert with honey.
8. Refreshing strawberry sangria
Ingredients
- 150 ml limoncello;
- 110 g of raspberry;
- 120 g strawberries;
- 1 bottle (750 ml) of pink champagne;
- 1 medium lemon.
