What to cook for dinner every day: beef stroganoff with pasta in a bowl

You will need only 20 minutes and a minimum of ingredients to cook a hearty pasta with beef and plenty of delicious sauce. This is a very unusual variant of cooking befstroganova, but definitely worthwhile.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 1 onion;
- 500 g of beef pulp;
- 180 g of pasta (or other paste);
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- 1½ tablespoons tomato paste;
- 100 ml of sour cream;
- 40 ml of the cream;
- 960 ml of water;
- parsley.
preparation
First of all beef cut into slices 2-2.5 cm thick and repel. Pieces of meat must be cut into strips crosswise fibers.
