RECIPES: Burger with beef and feta

I had a chance recently to sit on a fairly simple, but not very pleasant for the body cleansing diet. As a result, instead of the four days at a specially prepared rice I stood just two and a half days, and then my body protested. But the port of something very tasty, but not very helpful, did not want to, so I began searching for "healthy" recipes burgers (as far as this is possible at all) to healthy eating.

And I found it! Today I want to invite you to try to cook a burger with beef and feta cheese dressed with Greek yogurt - delicious, it is not harmful and, surprisingly, very quickly!
Despite the rather impressive amount of ingredients, preparing it very easily and quickly.
Ingredients: 2.1 kg of lean beef, lean feta, cucumbers, 1/2 cup of chopped or zucchini squash, 180 ml Greek yogurt 1/3 cup chopped onion, 1/2 teaspoon marjoram, pepper and salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, garlic cloves 1/2, baked pepper (optional) and ciabatta.
Preparation. Part trote cucumbers on a coarse grater or a knife is crushed (about 1/2 cup) and add to the yogurt. There also leaves finely chopped garlic and lemon juice, all mixed well until a smooth paste.
Milled minced beef in a bowl and mix it with chopped zucchini, onions, feta cheese, salt, pepper and oregano. Again, all mixed well and are forming from the resulting mince patties flat and fit them in size to the size of ciabatta. Then send them to the grill. If the grill is not present, you can fry them in a pan, but then you need to be thoroughly wet them from oil. Also keep in mind that little cutlet Ujar and need them to do a little more rolls.
Cucumber slice into thin slices and ready baked pepper (optional). Spread on ciabatta cut peppers, meatballs, sauce, Greek yogurt and sliced cucumbers. Top covering the second half ciabatta. If you prefer the dried bread, ciabatta can be a little hold on the grill.
If you do not like ciabatta, you can choose any other kind of bread. And the more useful it will be, the better.
