Biscuit with seasonal fruit and berries

Biscuit - one of the simplest forms of baking dough, which is great for those who are just starting to get acquainted with him. The perfect match for crumbly and melting in the mouth bases - seasonal berries and fruits.
Ingredients
For the dough:
- 1¼ cups (150 g) flour;
- 1 tablespoon sugar;
- 120 g of ice butter;
- 4 tablespoons of ice water (optional);
- a pinch of sugar, egg.
For filling:
- 1½ nectarine;
- 4-5 apricots;
- 100 g of cherries (pitted);
- ⅓ cup (70 g) of sugar;
- 1 tablespoon of starch.
If disposal is a powerful blender, add all the dough ingredients (except water) and whisk until crumbs education. In the absence of a blender chop the butter with the flour with a knife, add the sugar and collect the crumbs into a ball: if dough keeps well, the water is not needed, otherwise, just blow it gradually, in small portions.
Wrap the dough film and send it in the fridge for an hour.
Cut the nectarines into slices, apricots split in half and remove seeds. Pour fruit sugar and starch, stir and leave to heat for about 20-30 minutes, so they let the juice and soaked in syrup.
The dough roll between two sheets of parchment paper in a 22 cm diameter disc. Remove the top sheet, drain the excess syrup with berries and fruits and place them in the center of the slide bases of the dough, leaving 3 cm of the edge. Gather the edges of the dough to form rim kept stuffing.
Lubricate the edge of the egg and sprinkle with pinch of sugar. Send your biscuit in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Refrigerate at least an hour before cutting.
