Breaktime: Take a break

How much do you spend time sitting at the computer? Do you know that a sedentary lifestyle is literally killing? In at Lifehacker published a few months ago infographics I was struck by one thing: those workers who sit at the computer for more than 6 hours per day, 40% more likely to die over the next 15 years than those who lead an active lifestyle.
Perhaps these numbers - no more than a horror story. However, the fact that a permanent sedentary leads to serious health problems, it seems to me indisputable.
How to be? Take regular breaks. And to help in this BreakTime application.
After installation, the application is placed in the menu bar. In the program settings you specify the duration of working time (eg 50 minutes) and break (let it be 5 minutes). And not to be tempted to "overstay", check the checkbox «Enforce break», which will block the ability to switch between applications. Now activate BreakTime and get to work.
When it comes time to relax, the screen dims and you have no choice as to get up and stretch their legs. Once the rest time is up, you can start to work again.
BreakTime can be used not only as a reminder to take a break, but also as a tool for "tomato technology" increase productivity.
