Our reader shares her tips on how to fall asleep quickly, if not impossible.
The stomach should be completely empty
When there is hunger, it poured very bad, tested repeatedly by many. If it is night, it is better to drink a glass of hot milk. Or, in extreme cases, to drown his pair of cups of water at least.
Pose, in fact, not at all important

Music
