Thus, in a very flat, if not "hollow" chest, my goal was not simply to remove the emerging bubble, but to make the stomach superflat - to both single form was once again, but on the other, "sports" level.
And I did it. And if I did it with my rickets, it will be possible for anyone.
But first, a short digression, that ye may know what happens after thirty-five, and that happened to me 15 years ago. Our internal organs, as well as the skin needs, it turns out, an intense massage - otherwise they literally "losing out". Under the influence of Earth's gravity and repetitive shaking during the "wellness" running stomach, liver, intestines and everything else compacted and falls. There is heaviness in the digestion of food, but we blame not themselves, but the fact that we eat.
In fact the food is not to blame, and low tone internal organs and... run. The fact that he had not invented this running style, so that each step of the running body is fully amortized. And there are no trainers, who will be able to one hundred percent soften step. Find out what's happening with our internal, when we "run for health" is very simple. Attach during cross the palm to the abdomen just below the solar plexus. You feel? - it's like hammer blows on the anvil: hundred twenty-five beats per minute; seven thousand five hundred in a single run. And each punch tamps the insides, lowering the intestines, stomach, liver and kidneys down.
To avoid this, the following.
- We refuse tight clothing, belts and zones. Any artificial support from "outside" weakens the muscular corset (even on a subconscious level). And another thing: a thin belt "cuts" supple adipose tissue, leaving the body of the telltale trail of unaesthetic roller just below the navel. Familiar ...
- Withdraw from the use of all narrow and continuing to engage in a massage, you can equalize the place, distributing body fat over the entire surface of the stomach. Better to let it be exactly than fat roll.
- We refuse (at least temporarily) from running.
- Be sure to keep a body massage. It is, in fact, not a one-time measure, and the pleasure of a lifetime. It was fun and a great exercise for the hands at the moment when you do not have to run somewhere, something to plan with someone to meet; when you do not sit behind the wheel, and at home in front of the television or the computer.
- In your daily sports exercise include only four exercises that will reduce the time to get rid of heaviness in the stomach, and straighten your forms - in the summer you enter, as I promised, sports, and tightened without a zhirinki on the body.

So, what I did 15 years ago to get in shape and continue to eat well, not keeping any diets.
I breathed.
Lying on the couch in front of a TV set, I completely exhaled air from the lungs - so that the stomach (if possible) stuck to his back. In this condition, I was waiting for the moment when there will be a natural desire to take a breath. Inhale to obtain powerful and deep, but belly willpower I was leaving stuck to the back - the air was filled with the upper part of the lungs, tend to be less likely ventilated. Then again I exhaled all the air in such a way that as much "gut cramp", and stick to the stomach back even stronger. Needless to say that with all my insides due to muscle tension under the left rib cage! In addition, it was a great massage the internal organs.
We need only remember that heavy breathing at rest - a rather dangerous thing that can lead to hyperventilation. That is why on the couch, I do not lie, and went out into the street, where - no, do not run and play.
I played "in Klitschko."
I have an exercise called «KlitschkO-feeling». I chose a distance of about two kilometers and passed it well and treading softly, and while making the "boxing" attacks the body: left leg - lunge with your right hand; right foot - lunge with your left hand. In this case, the body in the belt significantly flex and twist that at first, after a few meters away, causing pain in the "solar plexus". For me, it was a signal that I "knocked out." Oddly enough, every day KO increasingly I moved away, and now I can go in this way indefinitely. The only condition - with the full voltage of the torso, no tension in the chest and neck.
And if I switched to running, it was, for example, running "the sleepers" - well, about how the soldiers running around, walking legs wide apart in tires.
What happens at this point.
Due to the low soft step and "normalized" run, the internal organs are not compacted, and when they are "twisting" comes massage which hands to do is simply impossible. Massage tones, resulting in the shape of the stomach, liver, kidney, and everything else out there that we still have. In addition, the twisting at developing "muscular corset", which subsequently provides the internal organs to fall.
I swam.
Water is known to be denser than air, and the body does not feel the gravitational accelerations in water. With that, I had the following: density of water helped me to keep the "muscular corset", especially to a depth. I stood on my head.

Step 2. Shifting the center of gravity to the crown, braided fingers, elbows supporting the body, and slowly severing feet off the ground.
Step 3. Slowly, keeping the center of gravity, straighten the spine; half-bent legs remain.
Step 4. Fix a "control" rack, when the back has a straight and your feet are in the position "sitting on a chair."
Step 5. Only then straighten the legs.
Step 6. Pulling "a chord" and freezes in this position (from minutes to hours), joyfully feeling the blood rushes to the brain, and it seems easier, and how the insides are back to where they were when we were 15 years old.
Step 7. Return to the ground. Slowly (!), With a flat spine, keeping balance, bend in the pelvis, lowering his feet to the ground.
Step 8. Very carefully, without jerks, feet touch the ground (marble, concrete, barbed wire, asphalt, soft, but not too much, rug). Thus, ideally, a foot of legs should stand as close as possible to the face.

A couple of years doing the exercises, my internal organs are described here, as shown by X-ray, acquired high tone at the expense of massage and rose to its original location (the size of the stomach is significantly reduced and liver). And I eat whatever I want without thinking about any diets.
