The program is intended for students in grades 9-11 and is aimed at developing their experimental and creative abilities.
Famous research in atomic physics and the physics of the atomic nucleus is repeated at the laboratory facilities of the MSU SINP workshop in a form adapted for a school course.
The historical features of the physical worldview during the Nobel experiments are analyzed.
Differences in equipment and mathematical processing of experiments are discussed. The course teaches you to formulate the goals and conclusions of experiments.
Studying the dramatic history of the discovery of nuclear physics phenomena and technical devices is important for understanding the need for hard work and the ability to overcome difficulties.
Measuring the results of random processes forms probabilistic thinking. Each student in the workshop works on a separate installation.
