A huge gigantic motion picture, brought together stories 2 thousand people from 60 countries of the world, may not respond to the question "What makes us human?", But it is the starting point for a dialogue on this topic.
HUMAN became the first film, which premiered at the UN General Assembly, where it was seen by more than a thousand people. On the day of the premiere, Google launched film six YouTube channels with subtitles in Arabic, English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Russian.
Several years ago, the artist helicopter and film producer Yann Arthus-Bertrand (Yann Arthus-Bertrand) crashed in a rural area of Mali. While walked repairs, Yann spent the day talking with local farmers about the hopes, doubts and values, studying the basic issues that determine the life of his companion. "The first time I really learned the life and experiences of another person", - says Arthus-Bertrand.
So the idea of HUMAN film, which worked on the creation of a team of 16 journalists interviewed more than 2 million people in 60 countries. Each interview consists of 40 questions covering a range of topics from religion and family ( "When was the last time you said" I I love you "to your parents?") to the ambitions and failures ( "What are the most difficult test in your life and what you have learned from it? "). However, no personal information about the people in the film. This is done on purpose to emphasize the similarity of the 7 billion people living on our planet today.
The film consists of three intertwined components: people, landscapes and traditional music. We offer you to enjoy them right now.
