For this delicate dessert, you need a minimum of products. If you make milk jelly in the evening, in the morning you will already have an unusual breakfast ready.
Pour half the milk over the gelatin. Stir and leave to swell for 20-30 minutes.
Pour the remaining milk into a saucepan and heat over low heat.
Add sugar substitute and vanillin.
Introduce the swollen gelatin, stirring constantly. The mass should become homogeneous. Don't bring it to a boil.
Pour the resulting mixture into a mold and leave in the refrigerator overnight or about 8 hours.
If desired, drizzle the jelly with jam or jam before serving and garnish with berries or fruit pieces.
