Recipe: Salad with grapes for runners

Besides pleasant taste, and grapes have a lot of useful properties: it helps strengthen the immune system and tones. In juicy berries contain sugar, cellulose, organic acids, ascorbic acid, vitamins (five B vitamins, vitamin PP, H, A, C, E), pectin, trace elements (zinc, iron, copper, iodine, chromium, manganese, fluorine, boron, molybdenum, silicon, vanadium, and others), macrocells (magnesium, sodium, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine) and enzymes. The grape skin contains wax and phytosterols - substances which possess antioxidant, immunostimulating, anti-sclerotic and anticancer action
Grapes with cream cheese and walnuts
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of green seedless grapes;
- 240 g of cream cheese;
- 1 cup sour cream;
- ½ cup white sugar;
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar;
- 1 cup chopped walnuts;
- ½ cup brown sugar.
preparation
Washed grapes and separate the berries from the twigs. In a separate small piala mix cream cheese with sour cream, white and vanilla sugar. We spread the grapes in a bowl, add to creamy curd and mixed well. Lay out the nuts on top and sprinkle with brown sugar.
I bought a very sweet grapes, so the added sugar 2 tablespoons literally - this is quite enough. Since I love spice, I have decided to add to the salad just a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon - have not regretted! It was very tasty and very satisfying. I think this salad - a great way to replenish their energy reserves after a workout. ;)
Grapes, chicken and walnuts
Ingredients:
- 120 g of chicken cooked on the grill and chopped into small pieces;
- ½ cup grapes, cut in half;
- 3 tbsp chopped walnuts;
- 3 tablespoons skim yoghurt without flavor;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- 3 cups of romaine lettuce.
preparation
Mix grapes with chicken, walnuts and yogurt. This mixture is seasoned with salt and pepper to taste and spread on a dish with the leaves of romaine lettuce.
Grapes, pears, walnuts and lettuce
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups of the mix of lettuce leaves (any of your choice);
- 1 cup green seedless grapes;
- ¼ cup walnuts;
- 2 sliced into thin slices pears;
- 1 small onion, sliced rings;
- balsamic vinegar to taste;
- 1 tablespoon olive oil.
preparation
In a frying pan to warm up the olive oil and fry the onion rings in it until it is ready. In large bowl mix lay out of lettuce, add a top layer of the cooled roasted onions and then grape, pear pieces and nuts. Well everything is mixed and seasoned with balsamic vinegar to taste.
Grapes, apple and arugula
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard;
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar;
- 2 teaspoons honey;
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped;
- ¼ cup of olive oil;
- 150 g of rocket;
- 1 thinly sliced green apple;
- 1 cup red grapes (seedless, cut in half);
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
preparation
In a large bowl, mix well mustard, vinegar, olive oil, honey, shallots, peppers and salt. Add to this dressing arugula, grapes and apples, again everything is thoroughly mixed and immediately filing.
As you can see, all the salads are delicious and easy to prepare! Another bonus: cooking will not take a lot of time.
