Recipes: Chocolate cake mousse ingredients 3

This cake is not like any one of his predecessors: its consistency resembles something between a truffle and mousse, and a pronounced chocolate taste please any sweet tooth. But the main advantage of this delicacy is that it is preparing all of the three ingredients and bake for about 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 455 g of dark chocolate;
- 225 g butter;
- 6 large eggs.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a selected dish with butter pieces.
Place a container with the ingredients over a boiling water bath so that the bottom does not touch the water surface. Melt the chocolate and butter.
In another bowl beat the eggs and place it over boiling water. Continuing to whisk, heat the eggs in a water bath for one minute.
Then remove the container with the egg mixture from the water bath and beat her hand blender for 5 minutes (maximum capacity).
Adding the beaten eggs to the portions of the chocolate mass, foundation cake mix very carefully to keep the air at most. Although it is impossible to miscalculate: knock out a little more air than is necessary - the cake will be more dense, but not less tasty.
Pour the resulting mixture into a parchment-covered and oily form (20 cm).
Place on a baking form with hot water (the water should form on the cover 2 cm), and then send the cake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes. The first 5 minutes, the cake is baked without the foil and served for the next 15 minutes.
Ready cake completely cooled at least four hours and is then carefully removed from the mold, after passing around the edges of a cake knife dipped in hot water, and cut them away.
