As the desire to play sports and to monitor their healthy eating appears in people mainly in spring and summer, we decided to raise these issues as often as possible. This time I want to share with you a delicious smoothie recipes that are not only useful, but also pretty nutritious!

Personally, I would have linked the smoothies with something else, since the hard working (sale) chart you want to eat as early as 11. By the way, I want to remind you that the fractional food is much more useful. So, maybe the emergence of feelings of hunger by 11 o'clock in the morning - it's not so bad.
Smoothies - is whipped into mashed berries, fruits, or vegetables with the addition of cream, milk, yoghurt and other liquids. Ingredients smoothies can be very different and I'm sure you can find a drink to your taste! Personally, I prefer milk smoothie with fruit, nuts, honey and smoothies on the basis of plain yogurt with cereals. If your home has a blender, you will cope with the cooked breakfast very quickly;)
In all the recipes given in grams and milliliters, but you can cook "by eye", then try and add what you think is missing.
1. Berry smoothie.
Recipe:
200 g of cherries and blueberries, strawberries 100 g was washed well with a blender and blend into a puree. Then add thereto a ripe avocado 1/4 and about 100 ml yoghurt without flavorings and sugar. Again whip into a smoothie.
I do not really like savory cocktails, so for the sweet tooth, you can remove the avocado and add sugar or honey, plus a little bit of oatmeal!
2. Exotic-smoothies.
Recipe:
1 banana, peach 3, 200 ml of unsweetened yogurt, 10 g of vanilla sugar, 2 tbsp. l. orange juice (juice purchased), 1 tbsp. l. oatmeal and a small handful of toasted almonds.
All you need to do is cut the ingredients into pieces, done with a blender puree and blend it with the yogurt. If it seems that it is not enough sweet, you can add a little sugar.
3. Tropical smoothie.
Recipe:
200 grams of mango, melon small 1/2, 1/3 pineapple (available canned), 1/2 cup toasted almonds and 100 ml of milk. Preparation of the standard - all in the sauce. You can leave a few large pieces. Melon can be replaced with peaches, pears or bananas.
4. Blueberry-banana with spices.
Recipe:
200 g of blueberry, banana 2, 3 tablespoons oatmeal, peanut and cocoa, 1 tbsp. l. honey, cinnamon pinch and 150 ml of unsweetened yogurt.
5. Orange-mango drink.
Recipe:
400 ml of cold water, 1/4 cup sugar, 4 large orange and mango nectar 200 ml. It is not a juice, a summer drink with pulp, which is great thirst quencher. Dissolve sugar in water, squeeze the juice from the oranges and add it to the sweet water. At the end add to the mixture of mango nectar and you're done. Serve after dinner with ice!
Generally, prepare smoothies you can and from simpler products. I blended bio-yogurt, oatmeal, dried cranberries, raisins, banana and honey - it came out very tasty!
Indulge in fruits and berries, which are at your fingertips, mix with cold milk, yogurt, juices and even green tea. If you do everything with the mind (not to be confused, for example, apricots and milk), you get incredibly delicious and healthy breakfast!
