5 tips that will improve your productivity and health

And I'm sure you were distracted at this article during operation. That is why I give tips to help improve your productivity and health. I am sure that each of you will benefit from this article. So I present to you 5 time management tips to help you effectively use 24 hours a day.
1. use lists
For some, the use of lists is a great way to increase productivity. However, in most cases, people create lists, that do not work generally. As the list can be a useful tool, I prefer to supplement it with a few other lists (split apart). I present to you a few examples.
3 Write down the most important tasks that must be performed. I prefer to divide them into three different categories: the first - the work, the second - the health of the third - all other tasks. Here, for example, how it might look:
- Write a first draft of an article
- Make a 30-minute jogging
- Buy a gift for Sarah
The goal here - to complete 3 tasks in the evening and 2 tasks must be completed before lunch. Use of this list will ensure that even if your level of productivity is very low, you run the 3 most important tasks in a single day.
B. The list of "do not do"
This list is very simple. All you need to do is to write down 3 bad habitsThat prevent you perform your tasks. Hang a sheet to remind yourself on a wall or a computer, and try not to follow any of your habit from the list. Example:
- I will not be the first thing in the morning to check your mail
- I will not go in VKontakte, while I'm writing an article
- I did not get up from their seats, until I finish my job for 30 minutes
