What to eat for breakfast or how to feed themselves nutritionists?

Once I went to the ceremony of presentation of the new MyPlate food techniques in the US Department of Agriculture in Washington, DC, and met Michelle Obama! Can you imagine, we met in the right place at the right time, I did not miss the chance and asked the first lady of the question of what she had breakfast that day. For breakfast, Mrs. Obama ate scrambled eggs, little sausages, turkey and fresh grapefruit. Delicious, healthy food, also well suited, if you eat on MyPlate method. Little about the diet MyPlate. You need to follow three main points:
1. Observe the balance: enjoy food, but never overeat.
2. What is:
- half of all food should be fruits and vegetables;
- half of all grains should be whole grain products;
- skim milk should be free or low fat (1%).
3. Should reduce salt consumption and drinking water instead of sugary drinks.
That's what I usually eat for breakfast: oatmeal on the water with fresh or frozen fruit (depending on the season) and maple syrup, two cups of coffee with skim milk.
To my breakfast came under MyPlate diet, I need to add more fruits and vegetables and replace one of the coffee cups on a latte to get a little more protein, but that the product is low in fat.

Almost every day for breakfast I eat a mixture of berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) with whole grains, berries sometimes instead I add some other fruit, such as banana or apple, diced, and eat low-fat Greek yogurt.
I would say that my lunch is combined with MyPlate system, and in some ways even surpasses it. After all, I only eat whole grains. Greek yogurt - the most nutrient-rich milk product, and the berries are very rich in vitamins and minerals, far more than many other fruits. So it's a breakfast of champions! At least I hope so!

7.30 am: a large latte with skim milk (very hot) from the Starbucks coffee house
9.00 am: a sandwich of thin slices of wholemeal bread with almond butter and maple and pumpkin oil.
11.00 am: Muesli «Heart-to-Heart» of whole grains with fresh strawberries and blueberries and skim milk.
So my breakfast coincides with MyPlate: fruit (strawberries, blueberries) and vegetables (pumpkin), whole grains (sandwich, cereals), protein (almond oil), dairy products (skim milk).
Karen Ansel (Karen Ansel), spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association and author of books for children and toddlers «Cookbook» (Weldon Owen, 2011):
Breakfast: a cup of coffee with 1% milk, a small glass of orange juice fortified with calcium (Sometimes instead of fresh berries juice), a 1% glass milk and oatmeal with a tablespoon of linseed oil seed.
Is breakfast comparable to MyPlate: As you can see, absolutely no vegetables. I had no idea that it is necessary to eat vegetables for breakfast. By the way, some breakfast options presented on the site MyPlateSuggest substitute vegetables for a double portion of vegetables. And yet in some places a glass of milk is replaced by something else that also provides protein, which is great, because not everyone will be able to eat all the foods for breakfast, and even drink a glass of it all milk.
It seems that my weakness is in the lack of vegetables. Perhaps next time I will add to the diet of juices and berries.

For breakfast I eat a banana-almond cake, cottage cheese and yogurt.
Is breakfast comparable to MyPlate: Cake made from whole wheat flour, almonds - that's enough amount of vegetable fat, cottage cheese and non-fat yoghurt not contain the required amount of fat and proteins. Vegetables for breakfast - it is somehow strange, and I believe that most people will refuse it. Maybe in the morning to focus on fruits and vegetables to leave for lunch, dinner or a snack?
