An individual educational trajectory is built through specialization, elective courses, and also a project stream, which includes the development of consulting or entrepreneurial project. 7 stages of training
The program consists of a preparatory stage, a fundamental part, project streams (entrepreneurial and consulting), a leadership stream, electives, an on-site module and an international module.
1. Preparatory stage
Before starting their studies, students receive a list of recommended literature and access to online courses from Harvard Business School, which are aimed at immersing themselves in business education and filling gaps in knowledge.
2. Fundamental knowledge
The training includes 11 modules and is aimed at filling the missing basic or updating existing knowledge about the principles of business organization, development of management competencies and working with big data.
3. Project streams
During the program, students choose work in the area of project activity that interests them: either jointly with the consulting laboratory, or entrepreneurial.
4. Leader stream
An end-to-end leadership course will help you understand your individual leadership experience and evaluate your strengths and weaknesses. hand, practice skills in a series of games and simulations, get feedback and become more effective manager
5. Elective courses
The portfolio of elective courses is formed in accordance with the class profile and the industries in which students work.
