Office exercises: exercises for the prevention of myopia

Continuous operation of the computer requires a special approach to their health. Sit still in one place, but still staring at the monitor - it is unnatural for human beings and leads to a number of problems - and with his back, and with eyes and hands. Few people manage to spend a couple of hours of the day and go to the gym. For those who are obliged to stay at the computer for long hours in a row, we are opening a new section - "office gymnastics". In it, we will offer our readers a simple set of exercises designed to to minimize the negative impact of the work of the office spending time on the health and quality of life person.
The first set of exercises for the prevention of myopia.
1. Leaning back, take a deep breath, then bend forward and exhale. Repeat 3-5 times.
2. Close your eyes tightly zazhmurte them, then open. Repeat this exercise 10 times.
3. Stand up, put your hands on the belt. Turn your head to the right and look at the right elbow, and then turn your head to the left and look at the left elbow. Repeat this exercise 5-6 times in each direction.
4. Do circular motions eyes, looked up, first clockwise, then - against.
5. Raise your arms in front of you, look at the tips of the fingers, hands up, continuing to follow them through the eyes, not looking up. After this, lower your arms.
