Suddenly you have forgotten or have just started to read, but the first two weeks I've been training twice a day. It was not as difficult as I thought. Apparently, the body gets used to everything.
But in the third week I was shattered. Just on Monday. The first training session was held with difficulty, I performed the entire program, but not feeling well. Nakata fatigue, the muscles are blocked, and there was no desire to do.
All this is compounded by the day. I plan the day so as to go to the gym in the morning, about nine, and once in the evening - after five. If I am still planning to go to the second workout, and even took a form, go to the city center, by the evening it was not the question. It was clear that I did not pull it.
I wrote and told Tanya about the pass. Instead of reproach I read the following:
On Tuesday, the symptoms have come to naught, and again I returned to training, but now there were twice less. I noticed that the amount of energy increased (obviously), and the weight of steel workers more.
The biggest impression was the bioimpedance analysis in the hospital. This procedure can be of different types, but the essence is always reduced to one. After the body is carried weak electrical pulse and measure the resistance. Since the fat, muscle and bone tissues have different resistance, based on an analysis can be understood, from which the body is composed. And much more accurate than using a centimeter or counting by hand.
It turned out that to find this device in Kharkov - not an easy task. The search takes with Tanya because cell phones are different and some are virtually useless. We were able to find the two clinics. One girl chatting persistently did not understand what I want from it, despite the fact that the website service was available. In the second I was told to come even without a record. I went.
In Kharkov, bioimpedance analysis is from 100 to 200 hryvnia, or 5-10 dollars. For comparison, in Australia this Tanya procedure done for $ 60. My unit was as follows:
Before the procedure, there are no recommendations. It is necessary to remove the socks, get feet on a special stand, and pick up the levers. Through the base and levers passes a light electrical pulse, well, then you know. By the way, the pulse can be felt - brush a little tingling.
The procedure took a minute. I asked a female doctor permission to photograph the device. The question "Why?" Replied: "I want to buy." And then I found that it costs $ 16 000. I do not buy it.
While I was dressing, the doctor opened the piece of paper with all the data, and they were really interesting. On a sheet it was actually painted all of the body. How much of me water, muscle, fat, bones, minerals. What is the size of the arms, legs, torso. Each parameter is accompanied by the boundary values of the norm. I will do my photo sheet below, but briefly explain himself.
My weight - 79.1 kg. In this case, fat - 6.4 kilograms, or 8.1%. Muscle - 14.4 kilograms, water - 53 liters. By the number of fat I did not get to a norm. By the number of muscle - it exceeds.
I told the doctor that I sent for analysis coach. The doctor repeatedly chided my coach of incompetence, saying that my body needs a lot more fat and less muscle. Each of us remained unconvinced. Still, she wished me well, so I did not dissuade her.
Analysis on this machine also gives "Assessment InBody» - subjective value showing how optimal body composition. I scored 92 points out of 100, but the small print says that people with muscular can dial and more than a hundred.
I was delighted with the analysis. Given the low cost, I advise you to pass it more and because it shows the level of basic metabolism. This is the amount of calories the body spends every day at rest. From this value you need to make a start in the preparation diet. It can be calculated by hand, but it seems that using the machine more accurately.
Next week I want to take a picture and compare the images with those made before the start of the project. It seems apparent changes already.
Tips

- If you are going to lose weight / gain weight, the pictures may not be enough. Bioimpedance analysis will be more accurate.
- If you have back problems, the deadlift can be replaced by a thrust block. So the work will no longer be included feet. But it is better to play it safe and consult with an expert.
