- Warning: do not drink coffee, black and green tea and other caffeinated drinks. They dehydrate the body and hinder recovery.
- If you do not turn up on food, eat as much fruit (do not forget to wash them well with water from a bottle). Fruits saturate the body with necessary moisture and minerals to help us recover faster. Plus they just digested. Bananas are particularly well suited, apples and kiwi.

What not to do

Antibiotics? Not. Just do not own.
