These exercises help to reduce fatigue, improve vision, and just relax. You can do them at home or at work: it is enough to allocate only a few minutes and take care of the relatively calm atmosphere. The main thing - to engage in on a daily basis.
All exercises should be done while sitting with a straight back. Upon completion of each one close your eyes and relax a few seconds.
Exercise 1
Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths to relax your body. Then rub the palm of your hand and attach them to the eyes. Stay in this position until your hands will not give heat. Then, without opening his eyes again and again rub the palm attach their eyes. Do this exercise three times.
Exercise 2
Open your eyes and blink rapidly 10 times. Then close your eyes, relax for 20 seconds and listen for breathing. Repeat the exercise five times.
Exercise 3
