- You stabilize your blood sugar, and thus avoid the mood swings, irritability, fatigue, and other problems that are the result of sugar surges.
- Your skin will be velvet! After all, sugar stimulates increased production of male hormones in women, and women - men. Hence, acne and other skin rashes.
- You have to lower blood cholesterol levels. It has been proven that high cholesterol - not that other, as a result of high blood glucose.
- You will become healthier and calmer. Increased consumption of sugar causes an increase in insulin production, and hence the stress hormones. Stress, in turn, destroys the cells and causes inflammation of the tissues.
Step 6. Reduce the amount of coffee drunk or completely discard it

For example, the one that coffee causes a surge of stress hormones (adrenaline and cortisol), which give us energy, makes us wake up in the morning. Not only that, the state of health will not be in the best (but you, I guess, is already used to it and think its usual) during the day, offers almost all the same effects as in the paragraph about sugar: failure of the hormonal system, poor sleep and fatigue during day.
Coffee invigorates? Try to ask him who I quit drinking this drink at least six months ago! And you will (not) surprised that everything is exactly the opposite.
Ah, the study? Yes of course. At coffee companies millions in their conduct. Where is the truth? I advise you to simply try to give up caffeine. Truth is all its own.
Step 7. Try to make your diet colorful
